- Cancellations on coffee orders will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is roasted, whichever comes first.
Returns and Refund Policy
- we strive to bring you the best in our coffee.
- However, if you are unsatisfied with any coffee purchase you have made from our website, contact us within 10 days of shipment on: fresh@lacuppacoffee.com
for a replacement or 100% refund of the purchase price to your account. kindly make sure you include:
- Your name
- Date of order confirmation/ placement
- The items you would like refunded along with the packet
- The reason for the return as your feedback will be helpful to improve our Products
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the original packaging.
- Refunds for coffee subscription purchases will be on prorated based on the number of shipments remaining
- Refunds are initiated within 3 days of notification. The time taken for the money to be credited back to the customer’s account depends on the clearing cycle of the customer’s bank
- The refund will be made in the same payment method which you’ve selected at the time of the transaction. The refund will be reflected in 8-9 working days in your account.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please re-check your bank account, before you contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: fresh@lacuppacoffee.com
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Delayed Delivery Cancellation & Refund Policy
We use third-party courier partners and most orders across India are delivered within 4-7 working days, unless there are unexpected delays. If the order does not reach you within 10 days (post-dispatch), we will send replace the item(s) or refund the full amount for the same. Kindly understand that we have limited control over the package once it is dispatched, and that we’re unable to cancel or refund the order before the mentioned timeline.
Note: This does not apply to failed / delayed deliveries with exceptions raised due to issues at the receiver’s end ( ex: incorrect address, no response on the contact number, etc.).
